The name of the paper used to create a Bentley Advanced Map Finishing print file can be used to redirect all print files using that paper name to a distinct directory.

Using the MicroStation Workspace > Configuration command, CS_PR_<paper name> is defined where <paper name> is the name of the paper defined in the plotter configuration file, then all output is sent to the directory defined by the variable. Paper names that do not have a redirection directory output to the directories defined by PS_PLTFILES.

Example:

CS_PR_A4LASER   = C:\OUTPUT\SPOOLER\A4LASER\ 
CS_PR_A4INKJET  = C:\OUTPUT\SPOOLER\A4INKJET\ 

This is a possible method to automatically send prints to different devices via a spooler.
